I have been a seudo-vegetarian (eating...Great blog! I have been a seudo-vegetarian (eating fish or seafood at least two-three times a week) for several years. I want to give up fish altogether, but feel like I will be compromising uncomfortably when eating out. Sometimes the choices simply aren't there. I also worry about nutrition and want to make sure that I am getting enough protein to sustain health. What would you suggest to help me stay healthy without fish?
